On Integration Day, our team supports both teachers and students in real-time. We coach educators in-class, offer immediate feedback, and help align tech tools with learning goals—ensuring that every digital moment enhances instruction. 💙

A day of learning, play, and powerful ideas at Visual and Performing Arts Christian School! 🎨🎭

Today’s Professional Development was all about turning interactive whiteboards into engines of engagement, collaboration, and creativity.

Teachers kicked things off with a high-energy team icebreaker using Gimkit, experiencing firsthand how game-based learning can boost motivation, teamwork, and classroom culture.

We then explored the basics of understanding MAP Test results, opening the door to using data as a meaningful guide for instruction.

The session continued with hands-on practice using interactive whiteboard tools like Classroom Share, Woodclap, and Wordwall—simple but powerful ways to spark participation, check understanding, and keep students actively involved.

CIEM Private School x Tech My School 🚀

Today at CIEM Private School (Carolina, PR), our team wrapped a full day of classroom observations and instructional coaching, then ended the afternoon with what students love most: Discovery Coding for lower primary.

After school, students rotated through hands-on stations using:
🤖 Wonder Workshop Dash Robots — block coding challenges that teach sequencing, logic, debugging, and problem-solving as students program the robot to move, react, and complete missions.
🧩 Osmo Coding — tangible coding blocks + iPad gameplay that helps students build multi-step algorithms, practice computational thinking, and learn how to plan and revise code in a fun, intuitive way.

The room was filled with curiosity, teamwork, and real “aha!” moments—students collaborating, testing ideas, and discovering that technology is something they can create with, not just consume.

Today, our Tech My School team had the pleasure of leading a dynamic PD session focused on practical, innovative tools that support teaching and learning.

💡 From exploring Blooket for quick assessments to diving into the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and digital safety, our goal was clear: empower teachers with strategies that make tech work for them—not replace them.

Teachers also got hands-on with Magic School, discovering how AI can streamline lesson planning and reduce admin tasks, so they can focus more on what matters most: their students. 🙌

Integration Day at Manuel González Melo School – Rincón, Puerto Rico

This week, Tech My School traveled to the west of Puerto Rico to lead an Integration Day at Manuel González Melo School, a public school within the Puerto Rico Department of Education.

We worked with 7th-grade students, introducing them to the foundations of coding and computational thinking.
Students explored a variety of hands-on tools, including OSMO, OSMO Coding Duo, and Dash using the Wonder app. For many students, this was their first-ever coding experience, and their enthusiasm and engagement were evident from the very beginning.

Throughout the session, students collaborated, experimented, and learned how coding strengthens problem-solving, logical reasoning, and cognitive development. We also took time to discuss the broader benefits of coding, helping students understand how these skills support learning across subjects.

The excitement, curiosity, and motivation displayed by the students made this experience truly special. It was inspiring to see how quickly they embraced new challenges and left eager to continue learning.

Professional Development at Daniel Webster School in Peñuelas

This week, Tech My School traveled to the southern region of Puerto Rico to lead a highly impactful Professional Development session at Daniel Webster School, a public school within the Puerto Rico Department of Education.

The workshop was productive and engaging from start to finish. Teachers participated actively, asked thoughtful questions, and demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth. As part of our Flock Leader Program, one of the school’s teachers also participated in facilitating and supporting the session, strengthening peer leadership and collaboration.

During the training, we explored Artificial Intelligence as a teaching ally, focusing on how educators can use AI responsibly and effectively. Teachers learned about the importance of Digital Citizenship, Cybersecurity, and how to design effective prompts that support learning while maintaining safe and ethical practices in the classroom.

Educators left the session motivated, prepared, and eager to continue developing their skills. Their openness to innovation and willingness to grow reflect the strong educational culture at Daniel Webster School.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support schools within the Department of Education of Puerto Rico and look forward to continuing this partnership through ongoing training, collaboration, and meaningful technology integration.

We recently led our third PD session at our adopted school, Josefina Boya de León in Ponce, as part of our transformative partnership with the Puerto Rico Department of Education.

🎓 Teachers experienced Brisk Teaching through the lens of their students, exploring AI as a personalized tutor when used with intention. This opened dynamic conversations around prompt engineering—how thoughtful prompts spark deeper thinking and more effective classroom use. 🧠💬

🛡 We closed the session by diving into Magic School AI, where educators explored privacy, security, and the ethical use of AI in schools.

🧩📚 A Brighter Kindergarten Learning Space (Canóvanas, PR)

Today, Tech My School delivered a colorful ABC rug for a kindergarten classroom we’ve been upgrading step-by-step — recently equipped with a Promethean Interactive Panel and iPads for student learning.

A rug may seem simple, but in early childhood classrooms it’s a powerful instructional tool. It creates a dedicated “learning zone” where the teacher can organize small-group instruction, read-alouds, phonics routines, and whole-class moments with structure and calm. Most importantly, it helps students focus, sit together, and engage with lessons happening on the interactive panel — improving attention, participation, and classroom flow.

Now, students have a clear space to gather, learn letters and sounds, and interact with 21st-century tools in a way that feels developmentally appropriate, joyful, and accessible.

Partnership Kickoff at CIEM School (Carolina, PR)

Today, Tech My School officially inaugurated our partnership with CIEM School in Carolina with a full-staff professional development session—launching the first phase of a comprehensive modernization plan built specifically for their campus.

Before this training, our team completed a full technology analysis and developed a schoolwide Individualized Technology Plan—a strategic roadmap designed to strengthen instructional systems, build educator capacity, and ensure technology integration is purposeful, sustainable, and aligned to student learning.

For this first implementation session, we equipped teachers with high-impact tools they can use immediately:

📚 Epic — one online library with 50,000+ books, giving every teacher powerful read-aloud and independent reading options to support literacy across grade levels.
📖 Pathbooks — “choose your own adventure” style titles in English and Spanish, designed to boost engagement, comprehension, and student voice through interactive reading.
🔬 BrainPOP — a cross-curricular resource for science, math, social studies, and more—supporting curiosity, critical thinking, and accessible learning.
💡 LearnWorlds — Tech My School’s internal professional learning platform where teachers can access PD content, revisit presentations, communicate with our team, and stay updated on trainings, resources, and conferences.
