Set a meeting for your ITA
The first step is setting up a meeting with us to go through the ITA (individualized technology analysis) process. Within this discovery meeting we will learn about the strengths and weaknesses of your school in order to best serve you!
Create a tech plan for your school
Once we have the data of how your school works, we will create a technology plan in partnership with you. This plan will focus on 3 primary facets, educational systems, building staff capacity, and student empowerment. All plans will also include a technology roadmap!

🎓 Integration Day at Robertson School — Strong Start to Semester Two
Today at Robertson School, one of the schools supported by Tech My School, we launched the second semester the way real modernization happens: in classrooms, alongside teachers, with hands-on implementation support.
Throughout the day, our team coached educators on their new Promethean Interactive Panels—helping teachers confidently navigate the tools, explore key features, and maximize instructional impact. We also onboarded new faculty, guiding them through the educational platforms and digital resources Tech My School provides to strengthen teaching and learning across the school.
This wasn`t a “one-and-done” training. We visited classrooms, collaborated side-by-side with teachers, and delivered real-time coaching and troubleshooting—so instruction stays smooth, lessons stay engaging, and technology actually works the way it should.
Then the energy shifted to students.
In the afternoon, we hosted Code & Play, where learners experienced programming for the first time using Dash Robots and Osmo Coding.
🤖 Dash Robots helped students learn block coding through puzzles and challenges—programming movement, sequencing actions, and debugging in real time.
🧩 Osmo Coding blended tangible coding blocks with an iPad experience, allowing students to build algorithms with their hands while controlling an on-screen character—making computational thinking feel natural, playful, and exciting.

• Creativity and confidence through successful coding experiences

🤖 Coding the future in Canóvanas, Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
Through our FREE Code & Play Program, we are bringing robotics and computational thinking to students at Emanuel Centro Educativo in Canóvanas — expanding access to robotics, coding, and 21st-century STEM learning.
During this session, students took on a KaiBots robotics team challenge, working together to program and problem-solve using hands-on robotics. These innovative robots can be used with a device like an iPad or completely unplugged, allowing students to develop real computational thinking, coding logic, and teamwork skills.
Programs like Code & Play help introduce students to robotics, programming, and STEM education in a fun and engaging way — building the foundation for the next generation of innovators in Puerto Rico.

During our recent visit to Emanuel Centro Educativo (ECE), we focused on strengthening instructional practices through innovative strategies and data-informed decision-making.
The session centered around the Flipped Classroom model, guiding teachers on how to structure lessons from the diagnostic phase to implementation. Educators explored their role as facilitators and instructional analysts, designing learning experiences where students take greater ownership of their learning.
Teachers also engaged with Gimkit, discovering how interactive, game-based strategies can reinforce content while increasing participation and motivation in the classroom.
In addition, we reviewed how to interpret MAP testing reports, helping teachers analyze student growth, understand performance trends, and make informed instructional decisions.
Understanding the data behind student progress empowers educators to adjust strategies and better support learning outcomes.
The collaborative group activity allowed teachers to apply the flipped classroom strategy in real time, working through planning, assessment, and facilitation scenarios. The session was productive, reflective, and forward-thinking.

They also shared how Snorkl, an AI-powered formative assessment tool, is helping them better understand student thinking and provide meaningful feedback in real time.

Alongside classroom visits, we also provided 1:1 coaching sessions, supporting teachers with strategies, questions, and practical ways to strengthen their use of digital tools. These moments of personalized coaching are where growth truly accelerates.

Today, the Tech My School team had a meaningful Integration Day at Paradiso Preparatory College in Río Piedras, one of the schools within our Tech My School family. Our focus was to support educators through practical technology integration coaching, centered on listening first — understanding teachers’ needs and helping them identify quick, actionable solutions they can incorporate into their lesson planning and instructional practices.
It was a highly productive day filled with thoughtful conversations, classroom visits, and collaborative reflection. The educators at Paradiso Preparatory College continue to demonstrate an incredible commitment to their students and to their own professional growth. Their willingness to explore new ideas and strengthen their technology integration practices makes every visit both inspiring and impactful for our team.
In the afternoon, we shifted into our Code and Play session with students, where they participated in collaborative challenges using KaiBots. KaiBots are programmable robotics tools designed to introduce students to coding, computational thinking, and hands-on problem solving through engaging, real-world tasks. During this session, students worked in teams to complete progressively more complex programming challenges, practicing, teamwork, and strategic thinking as they advanced through each level.
It was a rewarding and energizing experience for everyone involved. Moments like these remind us why building innovative, student-centered learning environments matters. Thank you, Paradiso Preparatory College, for opening your doors and continuing to grow alongside us. 💜
