A Day of Innovation & Growth at Visual and Performing Arts School, Bayamón 🚀
As part of the ongoing partnership between Tech My School and Visual and Performing Arts School, our Integration Day was filled with meaningful learning, collaboration, and hands-on innovation.
During the school day, our team conducted classroom observations, provided instructional coaching, and supported teachers with practical strategies to strengthen technology integration and student engagement. This continuous support is a key part of our commitment to empowering educators and enhancing classroom experiences.
In the afternoon, students participated in our Code & Play program—where learning comes alive through creativity and problem-solving. This session marked an exciting milestone as students engaged with the KaiLab Robot for the very first time, building on their foundational experience with KaiBots and early-stage analog-style programming concepts.
Taking their skills to the next level, students tackled interactive challenges that required teamwork, spatial reasoning, sequencing, and iterative thinking. Their mission: clear paths within a shared space by designing and refining their code, counting steps, measuring movement, and adjusting strategies in real time.
The energy was incredible—students were fully engaged, collaborating, testing, and celebrating each success. Most importantly, they shared their reflections, expressing excitement, pride, and growing confidence in their problem-solving abilities.

📊Individualized Technology Analysis at Higher Education Academy — Manatí, PR
Today, the Tech My School team traveled to Manatí to conduct an Individualized Technology Analysis at Higher Education Academy — the first step in helping a school modernize with purpose, strategy, and long-term impact.
Using Tech Plan Genie, our team facilitated a deep, structured self-study with a school-based stakeholder group that included administrators and teachers from multiple divisions. Together, they examined three essential pillars of school transformation:
• Educational Systems
• Capacity of Educators
• Student Empowerment
This process is much more than an assessment. It is a powerful form of professional development in itself — giving school leaders and teachers the opportunity to reflect, identify gaps, align priorities, and better understand what meaningful technology integration should look like across their campus.
From this analysis, Tech My School will build an Individualized Technology Plan — a strategic roadmap tailored to the school’s real needs, with clear next steps for instructional growth, stronger systems, teacher support, and student-centered innovation.
And this is only the beginning. This service was provided free of charge, and we will be returning this year to support the school with full-staff professional development and free after-school coding and robotics experiences for students.
This is how Tech My School works: we don’t guess, we assess. We partner with schools to create intentional plans that lead to real transformation.

🎓✨ Professional Development at Robertson’s Private School (Fajardo, PR)
Today, Tech My School had the pleasure of leading another high-impact training at Robertson’s Private School alongside Flock Leader Ariana Colón, equipping teachers with practical strategies and powerful tools to strengthen student-centered learning and data-driven instruction.
During the session, teachers were introduced to Gimkit, an interactive platform that turns review and formative assessment into a highly engaging learning experience. We explored how game-based learning can increase participation, motivation, and real-time checks for understanding.
We also worked on the concept of the Flipped Classroom - a teaching strategy that was new to many of the educators present. By shifting direct instruction outside of class and using classroom time for discussion, application, and deeper thinking, the flipped model helps move learning toward a more active, student-centered approach where teachers facilitate and students engage more meaningfully with content.
We closed the training with a review of the Tech Report, a unique tool used by Tech My School to help educators reflect on their instructional practices and make stronger decisions through data. By comparing EdTech vs. TechEd, teachers can better evaluate whether technology is truly enhancing learning, or simply being used without impact. This process supports more intentional planning, stronger instructional design, and more meaningful classroom outcomes.
It was an energizing and thoughtful session, and we are proud to continue supporting teachers at Robertson as they grow in innovation, confidence, and instructional excellence.

🎓 Integration Day at Robertson School — Strong Start to Semester Two
Today at Robertson School, one of the schools supported by Tech My School, we launched the second semester the way real modernization happens: in classrooms, alongside teachers, with hands-on implementation support.
Throughout the day, our team coached educators on their new Promethean Interactive Panels—helping teachers confidently navigate the tools, explore key features, and maximize instructional impact. We also onboarded new faculty, guiding them through the educational platforms and digital resources Tech My School provides to strengthen teaching and learning across the school.
This wasn`t a “one-and-done” training. We visited classrooms, collaborated side-by-side with teachers, and delivered real-time coaching and troubleshooting—so instruction stays smooth, lessons stay engaging, and technology actually works the way it should.
Then the energy shifted to students.
In the afternoon, we hosted Code & Play, where learners experienced programming for the first time using Dash Robots and Osmo Coding.
🤖 Dash Robots helped students learn block coding through puzzles and challenges—programming movement, sequencing actions, and debugging in real time.
🧩 Osmo Coding blended tangible coding blocks with an iPad experience, allowing students to build algorithms with their hands while controlling an on-screen character—making computational thinking feel natural, playful, and exciting.
Why this matters:
• Hands-on learning that sticks
• Computational thinking (sequencing, logic, problem-solving)
• Creativity and confidence through successful coding experiences
• Collaboration as students share ideas and celebrate wins
It was rewarding watching young students light up as they coded, experimented, and discovered that technology is something they can create with—not just consume.
