Innovation came to life at Robertson’s Private School in Fajardo through another exciting Code & Play experience!
Students rotated through two immersive learning stations designed to strengthen both creativity and computational thinking. In the VR Art Studio, they explored Virtual Reality by creating artwork in a 3D environment, experiencing firsthand how technology can expand imagination beyond paper and pencil. 🎨🥽
At the Robot Garage, students programmed Dash using block coding, applying sequencing, logical thinking, testing, and debugging as they navigated coding challenges. Every activity encouraged students to think critically, collaborate with peers, and persevere through trial and error—essential skills for future innovators. 🤖💡
At Tech My School, we believe technology should inspire students to create, explore, and solve real problems. By combining immersive technologies with hands-on coding experiences, we’re helping schools prepare learners for a future driven by innovation. 💙🚀

At Robinson School in San Juan, lower primary teachers joined Tech My School for a professional development session focused on data interpretation, personalized learning, and evidence-based instruction.
This training helped K–3 educators think deeply about what student learning data actually tells us. Teachers explored how formative assessment, summative assessment, student work samples, observational notes, oral responses, performance tasks, IXL, NWEA MAP Growth, and curriculum assessments can work together to reveal student strengths, learning gaps, skill patterns, and next instructional steps.
The session centered on one powerful idea: data is only useful when teachers can turn it into action.
By looking at multiple sources of evidence, teachers practiced identifying valid data, defining success criteria, spotting patterns, and using instructional insight to better support reading, writing, math, problem solving, academic language, and student growth.
This is the work of Tech My School: helping teachers use educational technology, assessment data, and research-based instructional strategies to create more personalized learning experiences for every student.

🤖☀️ Summer Robotics at Robertson Private School (Fajardo, PR)
Tech My School’s Tech Integrator team recently visited summer camp at Robertson Private School in Fajardo for another exciting Code & Play session — this time using the LEGO Education SPIKE Prime robotics kit.
In this lesson, students across a variety of ages explored the Life Hacks unit, focusing on programming with variables and data. Through hands-on robotics challenges, students were introduced to more advanced coding concepts in a way that was still playful, visual, and highly engaging.
Using LEGO SPIKE Prime, students combined building, engineering, coding, and problem-solving as they brought their creations to life. Older student teams built the Break Dancer robot, using code, motors, and sequencing to create movement and rhythm. Younger groups worked on Hopper Race, a playful robot that moves itself forward, helping students understand how motors, movement, simple programming, and cause-and-effect work together in robotics.
That is what makes LEGO Education SPIKE Prime such a powerful educational tool: it combines the familiarity of traditional LEGO building with computational thinking, variables, data, logic, teamwork, and design thinking. Students are not just assembling models — they are learning how to test ideas, debug programs, analyze results, and collaborate toward a solution.
This is the kind of hands-on STEM education that makes coding and robotics tangible, exciting, and developmentally appropriate for different age groups.
At Tech My School, summer learning is about more than keeping students busy — it is about giving them meaningful exposure to robotics, educational technology, engineering, and future-ready skills that build confidence, curiosity, and creativity.

🧱✨ Summer Code & Play at Emmanuel Centro Educativo (Canóvanas, PR)
This week, Tech My School brought hands-on coding and robotics learning to students at Emmanuel Centro Educativo through our Summer Code & Play sessions — and today’s spotlight was on LEGO Education SPIKE.
LEGO SPIKE blends the joy of traditional LEGO building with the power of motors, sensors, coding, and computational thinking. Students do not just build — they design, test, problem-solve, collaborate, and code their creations to move and respond. That is what makes this tool so powerful for education: it turns play into engineering, teamwork, and future-ready learning.
Through LEGO SPIKE, students practice:
🔹 Computational thinking
🔹 Problem-solving and logic
🔹 Engineering design
🔹 Collaboration and teamwork
🔹 Creativity through hands-on learning
The students were fully engaged — excited to build with tangible materials they already love, while discovering that coding can be interactive, visual, and fun. This kind of project-based STEM learning helps students see themselves not just as users of technology, but as creators, builders, and innovators.
At Tech My School, this is what summer learning looks like: meaningful exposure to robotics, coding, educational technology, and 21st-century skills that prepare students for the future.

Day 2 at Robinson School in San Juan focused on one of the most important questions in early childhood education: How do we use what we know about each child to personalize learning?
In this PreK professional development session, Tech My School worked with teachers on using classroom data, student evidence, formative assessment, learning centers, small-group instruction, flexible grouping, teacher prompts, and differentiated materials to create more intentional learning experiences.
Teachers explored what personalized learning is — and what it is not. It is not more worksheets, more testing, or putting every child on an app. It is using what children say, do, and make to design the right next step for language development, early literacy, early numeracy, self-regulation, motor skills, and whole-child growth.
This is the work: helping educators turn data into action, action into better instruction, and instruction into stronger outcomes for students.
At Tech My School, our mission is to support, teach, and empower every teacher and every student in Puerto Rico and beyond through high-quality professional development, educational technology, and student-centered learning.

In this first training, educators explored how classroom evidence — what children say, do, and make — can help teachers better understand student learning levels, identify strengths, and plan meaningful next steps. Through GOLD objectives, learning centers, observations, work samples, and student conversations, teachers practiced turning everyday PreK moments into instructional insight.
This is the heart of our work at Tech My School: partnering with schools across Puerto Rico and beyond to strengthen teaching, expand access to high-quality educational technology support, and help every learner receive a more personalized learning experience.

More Than a Jersey: A Season to Remember
One of the highlights of the Tech My School Esports League FC26 season was the opportunity to present every player and coach with their very own official team jersey.
Throughout the season, students proudly represented their schools while building friendships, teamwork, leadership, and competitive gaming skills.
To celebrate their commitment and dedication, each participant received a personalized jersey featuring their name, gamer tag, and team identity. Coaches were also recognized with their own jerseys as a symbol of their leadership and support throughout the season.
The excitement on students` faces when receiving their jerseys was unforgettable. For many, it became more than just a uniform—it became a reminder of the friendships they built, the challenges they overcame, and the memories they created as part of the league.
At Tech My School, we believe that experiences like these help students feel valued, connected, and proud of what they accomplish. It was a privilege to provide every participant with a keepsake that represents their contribution to the league and the impact they made on their teams.
As the season comes to a close, we are grateful to every student, coach, and school that helped make FC26 such a success.
