WHAT IS TECH DISRUPTORS?
A teacher competition where you submit a problem-based classroom project that “disrupts” the traditional model by integrating high-impact technology (AI, data, digital creation, STEM, entrepreneurship, etc.).

Finalists will showcase their projects live at the Tech My School Spring Educators Conference (April 2026) — and the award ceremony will take place at the conference.

💻 100 Chromebooks for Paradiso College Preparatory (Río Piedras, San Juan)
Today, Tech My School visited Paradiso College Preparatory School in Río Piedras — an under-resourced community in San Juan — to deliver a major upgrade: 100 Chromebooks that convert into tablets for this public charter middle school.

Middle school is a pivotal stage. Students are expected to research, write, collaborate, and create — yet many are asked to do it without reliable devices. By putting modern computers directly into students’ hands, we’re expanding access to the skills that matter most: digital literacy, problem-solving, creativity, and readiness for high school, college, and future careers.

And Tech My School doesn’t stop at hardware. We also invest in the learning ecosystem by funding paid subscriptions and platforms that strengthen instruction every day — including Epic (50,000+ books) and BrainPOP — plus ongoing teacher training and professional development, including support for conferences each year.

It felt incredible to deliver these devices to students who deserve every opportunity to learn, create, and compete on a global level.

🖥️A 21st-Century Upgrade for Visual & Performing Arts Christian School (Bayamón)

Today, Tech My School delivered 12 Promethean Interactive Panels + wall mounts to a school that previously had no audiovisual solutions in classrooms. To build 21st-century skills, students need 21st-century tools — and interactive screens instantly transform instruction.

With these panels, teachers can present modern lesson slides, run engaging activities and quick checks for understanding, display read-alouds from Epic (50,000+ books), bring science and math to life with BrainPOP, and invite students to share their work from their own devices.

We’re also proud to share that Tech My School helped the school acquire and implement Toddle, their learning management system — so lessons, assignments, and interactive learning experiences can be organized, engaging, and accessible for students and teachers.

This video shows the delivery. During winter break, these panels will be mounted across classrooms — and when school resumes, we’ll be back with exciting footage of students and teachers using them in action.

Today, Tech My School continued upgrading the kindergarten classroom at Emmanuel Centro Educativo by donating iPad Pros with large, colorful displays — giving students powerful, age-appropriate tools to learn through touch, sound, and exploration.

With these iPads (plus the headsets we provided), students can:

📚 Read on Epic — the online library we provide with 50,000+ books
🔬 Explore science with BrainPOP educational videos
🧠 Use interactive apps that teach letters, sounds, and early literacy

Today, Tech My School returned to Christian Day School to support first graders with something every modern classroom needs: reliable devices + meaningful literacy resources.

With the support of our partner Vivacity, we donated touchscreen Chromebooks that convert into tablets — giving young learners flexible, kid-friendly access to digital learning.

We immediately set up every student with an account on Epic — one online digital library with 50,000+ books — and donated headsets so students can use “read-to-me” features, follow along, and build vocabulary and comprehension with confidence.

And because early learners also need the power of print, we also delivered leveled physical readers for 1st grade — colorful, modern fiction and nonfiction titles that support guided reading, independent practice, and core concepts of print.

Educational nonprofit Tech My School officially launched partnership with CIEM Private School by conducting a Complimentary ITA (Individualized Technology Analysis) alongside their administrative team.

Our ITA is a schoolwide technology audit built on a rigorous 170-point checklist, staff surveys, and comprehensive rubrics. This process allows us to understand exactly where a school stands — and what it needs to move forward with purpose and clarity.

This work becomes the foundation for an Individualized Technology Plan (ITP) — a strategic roadmap designed to strengthen educational systems, build staff capacity, and empower students through intentional, effective use of technology.

CIEM’s mission focuses on nurturing students’ creative capacity and recognizing individual aptitudes, with a vision of graduating holistic learners who are emotionally and intellectually whole. We’re proud to support that vision through thoughtful, data-driven technology planning.

December PD Workshop Reflection – CEDIN

We wrapped up the final professional development workshop of the semester at CEDIN with a perfect blend of learning, reflection, collaboration, and fun. This December session celebrated growth, curiosity, and shared practice as teachers explored new strategies and openly exchanged ideas with colleagues. The energy in the room reflected a strong commitment to continuous improvement and a shared belief that professional learning should be both meaningful and enjoyable. As we close the semester, we leave inspired, refreshed, and ready to turn great ideas into impactful classroom experiences.
